Oji Liquid Pak breaks ground in Vietnam: local aseptic-carton supply is a 2028 plan
The Dong Nai aseptic-carton plant broke ground in October 2026; operations are planned for 2028. Eight billion cartons a year is projected maximum capacity, not current local production or an approved order book.
