Hansol Paper's Daejeon expansion pact is not evidence of a new line in operation
Daejeon signed an investment agreement with Hansol Paper and two other companies. The KRW 73.45 billion figure is for all three, while Hansol’s own investment, product scope and production start remain unreported.
